Sneaky Scallywags Sun Peaks -Full time help needed

 

Sneaky Scallywags is a gift, candy PJ store with the main store in the village of Sun Peaks. The store's summer hours will run early June to September 8th. Our main product is Hatley pajamas which is a high end Canadian product. Hatley’s products are fun moose/bear type pj’s but a higher quality so very little quality concerns from our customers. Candy wall with hard to find offerings, gifts with Sun Peaks on them round out our offerings. 92% of our products are Canadian or British Commonwealth. Simply put it is a fun atmosphere so you are surrounded by happy people who are on vacation.Store hours will allow you to ride/golf/hike EVERY single day you work for us! No missing blue bird days working here 🙂

 

Our ideal candidate:

- previous sales experience- experience with POS systems- able to work alone

- has accommodation in Sun Peaks

- self starter, this is not a sit and read if no customers type of job

- Shifts can start next week for training

-Wage depending on experience $19 to $24 hour- $24 hour if you hit the bonuses which are EASY to hit, things like show up min 95%    of time, sales above 95% of last year, theft to a minimum.

- July + August 5 days a week

- at times fast paced, able to connect with customers using open probes, empathy and being polite

- if slow, pride in store as clothing always needs to restocked- enjoys interactions with people and comfortable with non aggressive,      consultative sales approach.
